Customer satisfaction is important to Faces Apparel. Faces Apparel will provide a full refund for any unwashed, unaltered, and unworn product within 30 days of purchase if the product does not meet the customer’s satisfaction:
Return Procedure:
- Email contactus@facesapparel.com within 30 days of purchase the following: purchase order number and the reason for return.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and label will be sent via email. Postage is paid by the customer.
- Print the return label and ship returned item to Faces Apparel. Make sure the RA# is clearly marked on the Ship To address label. The return will not be accepted without a RA#.
- Once the product is received, a refund will be processed. Returns may take up to 2-3 weeks to process.
Exchanges:
In order to expedite our purchase process, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Following the above Return Procedure and placing a second order for the correct item will minimize delays and ensure receipt of the desired product.
